The place was exceptionally clean and nicely presented. the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, with someone always nearby to assist. the location was comfortable and ideal, being close to a pub and spa treatments. it was convenient for visiting both Coventry and Solihull, as well as the safari park. Nearby, there was also a war memorial just 10 minutes away by car.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in single room with central heating, an iron and a work desk. Great decor. Amazing pool, parking outside. Everything great. Unbeatable location for visiting pubs and bars.

Basically the hotel makes a decent impression. The room is clean, even if the bed is rather "small", comfortable to sleep in.

Guests who smoke late evening/night outside in the smoke-free zone and are noisy. No hotel employee took care of rest for guests who are in the room and would like fresh air and a good night's sleep.

Had a fairly nice stay for 2 nights. the staff recommended nearby attractions and were always available. - the room was new-fashioned and bright, with a TV and phone. - the breakfast had different options and was reasonably priced.

Great hotel, we have received a free update for free gym and spa access. Good breakfast. I'd love to... In a few minutes you can reach the city centre by bus.

The building and rooms have great decor, located in a quiet area near a bar, coffee shop, pubs, and a leisure complex.

Facilities were good as was restaurant dining.

Number of room tv channels were rather limited.

Problems with payment with visa - in some occasions the same visa card worked and in others didn't (technical problems)
